The long awaited bathroom makeover is now complete!
Well, almost anyway. Basically, all but a few minor little things.
It has been done for awhile. I just haven't had time to take the new pics.
So...here they are!!
Just to recap and remind you of the OLD bath...
BEFORE:
Here is that nasty hole under the missing tile that fell off!
The rusty old vent!!
After removing the tile!
And the drywall!
The floor was a tile over cement over metal wire mesh ( a 'wet' floor)... which made it extremely hard
(& messy) to remove!!
But we did it!!
Now the part you have been waiting for...
AFTER:
The new shower unit!
With built in shelves!!
Check this out!!!
This toilet seat closes 'slowly and quietly' by itself!!
Which is an EXCELLENT thing when you are out numbered by MALES!!
LOVE IT!!!
I like the new light bar, but...
I think it would look better 'IN' the wall!!!
I really like the new paint color!!
And this faucet!!!
The vanity is a little wider...which is nice!!

Thank you! Yes, we did the work ourselves, but it helps that hubby is in the Remodeling business!! LOL
Even so, I had a hand in the demo. It is a GREAT way to get out some pent up aggressions!! LOL
