SPRING: It's All In My Head!!

As much as I LOVE the springtime and the warm temperatures,

there is something that I DO HATE about it, also!!

SINUS HEADACHES!!

The seasonal allergies hit my sinuses HARD!!

These little critters scatter in the air...

plus this!!
I breathe them in and they attack

Which causes massive sinus headaches!!

Good thing there are these!!
