Travis, Cole as he was called,

was born on April 12, 2004.

Cole received his wings on

Sunday, February 25, 2007,

after an almost 3 year fight with the horrible disease!!

He left behind his mommy, Wendi Blocker

and his brother Cavan Blocker

in MILTON, FL .

He also left behind his father Travis Snellgrove.
