Manic Monday Mania

So today Hubby was home early after a quick errand.

So we decided to enjoy his time home

and planned some time with Princess.

First we went to the local diner for some breakfast.

After a yummy meal

we headed to Target

for a Christmas dress

plus accessories for Baby Girl.

Upon entering the store

we headed straight for the toddler section

and quickly found the Christmas attire.

We scanned the choices.

which also came in a pretty foresty green

and they had a matching golden sweater:

Daddy favored this one:

ALAS
THE PRINCESS
did not want any of those.

She saw what she wanted
and that was all she wanted

So anyway, we took her choice.
She is the one wearing it, after all!

After finding some white tights
we then headed to the shoe department
for some footwear.

I really didn't want the normal dress shoe,
like a Mary Jane or the sort.
She really wouldn't wear them again
and I thought it would be a waste.
So, I decided to look for a boot instead,
as she would certainly get more wear out of them!

I looked around and found these:
We carried our items up to the check outs, paid and off we were.

Our next destination:

The Voorhees Towne Center

to see

Santa!!

We arrived in the parking lot

and Princess changed into

her Christmas regalia.

We headed into the building and tracked down Santa.

Unfortunately, Miss Princess wasn't quite up to visiting

with him today!

I plopped her on his lap

and she scooted right off

and hid on the other side of me!

I tried to persuade her

and bribe her

but it was a NO GO!!

Oh well, we'll try again another day!

All in all it was a nice day spent with her daddy!

Off to finish cleaning windows and bringing up the decorations.

We - I - plan on getting the deco done

and the tree up within the next few days!!
