Apparently, my walking and workouts, along with my old sneakers and my being overweight have caused considerable stress on my poor tootsies.
Seems I need to:
- rest them
- cut back on activities that make my feet hurt
- try not to walk or run on hard survices
- ice my heels for swelling
and
As well as:
- get some new sneakers
and
- get these
Now, the pain comes and goes no matter if I'm standing or sitting. It gets pretty extreme at times!! It is in both feet but much more prevalent and painful in my right foot.
So, yesterday, I drove over to Rite-Aid and purchased these. I wore them for the rest of the day. Come last night the pain got pretty bad. So I took some ibuprofen, which seemed to help some.
I woke up this morning and they do feel much better. I still have pain, but not nearly as bad as before. They are a little sore now, but I have been on my feet a lot today.
The resting part is darn near impossible!! Ha ha
But I hope they heal qickly so I can go back to my walking and work-outs.Especially,the walking with the warm weather here!!
