Sunday December 14th is the Compassionate Friends World Wide Candle Lighting Ceremony.
At 7pm (local time) please light a candle in honor of your loved one
and all the NTSAD Angels gone too soon.
Whether this is your first holiday season without your loved one
or 35th it is hard to celebrate when the ones we love the most are not with us.
May the simple act of lighting a remembrance candle bring you solace and peace,
and may you always feel your loved one close to your heart.
Visit the Compassionate Friends website at www.compassionatefriends.org to learn of community candle lighting ceremonies in your area. Or host a small gathering of friends and family in your home.
Suggestions for your at home Candle Lighting Ceremony

Display a few of your loved one’s favorite things
If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together. There is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you.
